Notes:
* For a stay of a single night, a surcharge of €10.00 is applicable.
* Our rates include the breakfast and services consisting of the TV, Internet and the room service. However, it is possible to book a room without the breakfast (€10) or the services (€4); In that case, please, mention it on the time of the reservation;
* An extra bed (80×175 cm) in the room is possible for a child or a teenager. A surcharge of €25/night is applicable;
* Our rates do not include the city tax (€3/night).
Terms and Conditions
Infrastructure
1. Internet
The Wifi is available and included in our rates (see above).
2. Television
The rooms are equipped with a TV.
3. The kitchen
The kitchen is not accessible to the guests. However, a coffee/tea machine is available at any time in the breakfast corner. Kitchen tools are not admitted in the rooms.
Check-in
Check-in is possible from 3pm, upon appointment. We ask you to inform us about your arrival time at least one day in advance.
Check-out
At the latest at 11am.
Breakfast
Breakfast may be served daily from 7:30 am till 9:00 during the weekdays and from 8:30 till 10:00 during the week-end and the public holidays.
Smoking area
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the building. A smoking area is available in the garden
Cancellation penalty
No penalty is applicable if a cancellation happens not later than 7 days before arrival. If case of late cancellation or no show, the stay will be due.
